Objectives

To conduct and facilitate research and produce knowledge on Bangabandhu’s life, leadership, legacy and impacts, peacebuilding initiatives and disseminate his ideologies of peace and harmony to inspire Bangladeshi Diaspora and Canadians in North America and beyond.
To provide cutting-edge interdisciplinary research support on social, peace and security, health, economic, environmental, and technology issues about Bangladesh.
To organize webinar, colloquia, invited lectures, workshops, conferences, and other forums, to facilitate a broad range of research in cultural studies on and about Bangladesh.
To facilitate between academic institutions in Canada and Bangladesh in designing plans for faculty and student exchange/joint/double degree programs.

OBJECTIVES OF BCBS
